Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color or design (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • The original payment method (if applicable)

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
